BrickFest Sponsorship
BrickFest Sponsorship is a unique opportunity
to support this wonderful event.
There are a variety of ways to show your support for BrickFest and the
LEGO community. From an individual participating at BrickFest to a group
or company, there are opportunities open to everyone.
Individual Efforts and Contributions
Every person who attends BrickFest contributes to its success. Some chose
to bring MOC's to share and display, while others contribute their time
to help organize and staff the event. There are no limits to the individual
contributions that individuals have made to the event.
One person can provide a number of things to help out BrickFest, from
volunteering time and labor for various projects (in advance of the event),
to providing funds or items for door prizes and supplies.
- Individuals will get recognized in the event program and various other
ways.
Group Efforts and Contributions
For those groups with 3 or more members attending BrickFest, we extend
an invitation for you to submit your LUG/LTC or Group logo to be placed
under the section Participating Group. Or if your groups
pledged to support of time and effort to assist in organizing BrickFest,
your club can become a Community Supporter. A group can
also become a supporter by demonstrating the contributions to the community
and LEGO hobby.
Groups are welcome to:
- Submit a web banner (88 by 31 pixel) and a URL to your club website.
Group and Individual Sponsorships
BrickFest Sponsorships involve the contribution of products, or funds
toward support of BrickFest. Door prizes, giveaways, and supplies are
needed by BrickFest for various activities, so contributions are welcome
and appreciated.
Those providing product or funds will not only be able to have a weblink
on the BrickFest homepage, they can also place an ad in the event program
and include printed materials in the event registration bags for attendees.
Those wanting to have a display booth to promote their club, organization,
or company can sponsor a room or have their own display booth at BrickFest.
As a Sponsor, you will have a weblink on the BrickFest homepage, a chance
to place an ad in the event program, and include materials in the event
registration bags. Sponsors also have a unique opportunity to reach out
to a diverse group of people, from the AFOLs to the public during Expo
Day.
This is only a general list of ideas for contributions. There’s
a lot more, and you can contact Christina Hitchcock at info@brickfest[dot]com
for more information!
The BrickFest Event Director will make the determination of the suitability
of banner and URL for inclusion on the BrickFest website. Placement of
the banners will be dependent on the level of commitment to BrickFest.
The more support contributed to the event, the closer to the top of the
page the banner will be listed. Non monetary contributions are organized
in the same way.
You can be a Sponsor or Contributor.
All Sponsors will receive: - Name/Organization
listed with a weblink on the web site.
- The option to place an ad in the event program.
- Option to include printed materials in event registration bags.
All requests for sponsorship will be reviewed by the Event Director.
Approved Requests to be a sponsor, pledges support and submits a logo
can be listed under the Sponsor section. The placement of that logo
depends on the level of commitment to BrickFest. There are several different
levels. The more money/product or time contributed to the event, the
closer to the top of the page the link will be listed. Non monetary
contributions are organized alphabetically or by level of participation
determined by the Event Coordinator or their designee.
