Portland is a beautiful city, nestled around the Columbia and Willamette rivers in northern Oregon, USA. The city's extensive freeway system helps get you where you need to be without a lot of fuss, and has a world-class public transit system, featuring "MAX" light rail. MAX can pick you up right at the airport and deliver you to the steps of the Oregon Convention Center for just a couple of dollars!

If you're driving or flying into Portland, there are several options available for lodging and transportation. The Oregon Convention Center, where BrickFest PDX '07 will be held, is near the heart of downtown Portland, is right off the main Interstate 5 freeway, and is literally steps away from a MAX light rail stop. The area also boasts several quality hotels within easy walking distance. The official BrickFest PDX '07 hotel of choice is the Red Lion Hotel, which is across the street from the OCC.
